DELIVERY

At Gold Bullion Wealth we dispatch our customer orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If delivery is attempted and you are not at home, a calling card will be left, and the package can be either collected from your local post office or redelivered. It is important you carefully check the external packaging for signs of damage or tampering before signing.

All our packages are sent fully insured and require proof of delivery upon receipt in the form of a photo, signature or GPS coordinates. When your items are dispatched, you will be sent an online tracking number. We have a “goods in carriage” insurance policy underwritten at Lloyds of London which covers each package for up to £50,000. Please note that packages are insured until delivered at the delivery address, and we cannot accept liability for items once delivered at work addresses or houses of multiple occupancy.

We deliver all over the UK, including the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Please note, as an importer of goods into Jersey, we are legally required to charge Goods and Service (GST) tax of 5% on our products, which you can reclaim.

Orders containing more than one item will be dispatched together at the latest product availability date for the items purchased.

Please note, we dispatch orders Monday to Friday only, orders placed after 15:00 on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday at the earliest. Automated emails confirming the dispatch of your order(s) are typically sent at 19:00, Monday – Friday. UK CUSTOMERS

In-stock items are dispatched within 7 working days of payment/receipt of funds. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 14 days, you will be offered substitute items if available and/or a revised delivery date. Alternatively, you may cancel your order, in which case a full refund will be provided.

In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill your order or offer a substitute, we will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund. Please note, all orders are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking will be provided for orders over £35 in value, which will provide an estimated day of delivery.

For customers based in areas such as the Scottish Highlands, the Outer Hebrides, and other rural or remote areas, it may take longer to receive your order due to transport logistics.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All our prices include FREE delivery. We use fully insured delivery for all orders over £400.00. Orders smaller than £400.00 may take longer to arrive.

Includes shipping, packing and insurance for orders over the value of £400. Orders over £50,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation at approximately 19:00 the day the parcel is sent containing your tracking number. Please expect the delivery by 13:00 the following day

  1.        FREE insured Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (0rders £35 to £150) This service typically takes 1-3 working days to arrive

International Customers

Gold Bullion Wealth is able to dispatch goods internationally, however, please be advised that due to UK government and international restrictions, we do not dispatch orders to private customers in certain countries and regions.
